I made Chicken and Biscuits- minus the biscuits because I didn't have time the night before to make them, so it was more like a chicken stew. All that went in it was 4 diced chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken and a bag of frozen peas and carrots. The chicken and cream of chicken went in for 4 hours on low (the wonderful thing about my slow cooker is that you can set it for the length of time you need and once it is done it automatically goes to warm, so I can leave it for the 9 and a half hours I am gone and it is perfectly done when I get home). Then you add the veggies for half an hour and you are supposed to serve it on biscuits. It was excellent.
Definitely something I will make again.
Chicken and Biscuits
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bag frozen peas and carrots (or mixed veggies)
biscuits
Place diced chicken in slowcooker. Pour cream of chicken soup over top.
Cook on low heat for 4 hours. Add veggies and cook for a half an hour until veggies are soft.
Serve over warm biscuits.
I just started a blog yesterday too lol. I also love my slow cooker, mine is almost the same as yours. I will probably be trying this :)
